Delete your PrayerLock account
You can ask us to delete your PrayerLock account and data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email sales@joinprayerlock.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my PrayerLock account".
What we delete
Within 30 days we delete your account, your profile, locks you created, check-ins, prayer requests, testimonies and voice prayers.
What is not deleted
Your partner's own account, and their copies of items you chose to share with them, are not deleted by your request. Some data may be kept only where the law requires it.
You can delete individual voice prayers inside the app at any time, without deleting your account.
